There are lots of ‘bad’ perceptions of frozen foods out there. Our products are here to break that trend and thought process!

All our take-home packs come in lots of 4, frozen of course, for freshness – we freeze everything down as soon as we make it to prevent the use of preservatives! And that’s great, isn’t it? So as well as knowing that you’re getting a product full of salmon, delicious herbs and spices with no nasties added – you know that it’s all fresh! Salmon, being a naturally oily fish (of the good fatty kind) freezes just beautifully.

*Please note: you shouldn’t re-freeze more than once (and only if needed!). We recommend keeping our product frozen up until when you intend to use it. Simply throw the whole packet, unopened, into a bowl of cold water for 10-15 minutes before you’d like to use it – and it should thaw out completely!
