Silver Hill Fisch, based in the beautiful Huon Valley in Cygnet, Tasmania, specialises in the making of boutique-style seafood sausages – made from whole Tasmanian ingredients that are both preservative and gluten free. The small business was founded in 2010 by Maja Veit whilst working in the seafood industry at various outlets around the Hobart area. Based on customer feedback and combined with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Maja created a number of Atlantic Salmon and Ocean Trout sausages that have been featured at various festivals and events throughout Tasmania.
