For anyone having difficulty viewing the above image, each of our five salmon and ocean-trout varieties, as detailed at our Products page, are available either as an entrée or as part of a seafood sausage platter.

Entrée includes your choice of seafood sausage, served in fresh baked pita bread with citronic lettuce mix and fresh herbed mayonnaise, priced at $7.

If you’re looking for more, our Silver Hill Fisch platter: a selection of any three of our seafood sausages, wedded with a gorgeous quartet of golden Tasmanian potato mash, zesty herbed salad, chilli chutney, and fresh mayonnaise, is sure to satisfy; competitively at priced $20.

Silver Hill Fisch is located at The Taste Festival, stall 12 in The Brasserie, each day from the 28th of December to the 3rd of January, 11am-11pm. Hope to see you there!

NEW! – Wasabi Salmon Sausages

Set to debut at the Taste Festival is our new salmon sausage flavour, Wasabi. Continuing our tradition in using only the finest local ingredients, we are proud and excited to be working with authentic wasabi provided by Shima Wasabi, grown fresh right here in Tasmania. Be the first to try this new flavour by visiting us at the Taste Festival, starting on the 28th of December, 2011, and continuing right through until the 3rd of January, 2012.
