Salamanca!

Guys, from this Saturday onwards we will be at Salamanca Markets with a permanent site – down the bottom of Gladstone St, in the general ‘food loop’ of the market. Look out for our food van!
See you there this weekend, serving cooked sausages ~ a serving of 2 mini salmon sausages with our zesty lettuce mix and whole egg mayo, in a freshly toasted turkish-style bun! We will also be trading our take-home packs, cryovaced for freshness, in lots of 4s and 8s – in our full range of flavours!
Be sure to come and see us there… 8.30am~3pm, every Saturday!

Hugely excited to have been announced this year’s Young Achiever of the Year under the O Group Trade and Enterprise category! Thank you once again to all the sponsors – Southern Cross, O Group, ANZ and Qantas in particular, for making this great event possible.

back at farm gate next sunday…

With Silver Hill Fisch not trading tomorrow at Farm Gate Market, we will be back next weekend (Sunday 24th March)… serving up take-home packs from our little food van – Salmon and Ocean Trout sausages in packs of 4s & 8s… neatly packaged and ready to hit the BBQ at home!

food vanSilver Hill Fisch will be at the Clarence Jazz Festival this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Feb 22 – 24) serving up food from our delicious little food van – Come relax and enjoy the late summer festivities with some jazz and awesome food to match… serving up our seafood sausages with our original style toasted pita, citronic lettuce mix and fresh herbed mayonnaise… With beautiful weather for the weekend ahead, there’s no excuses – summer’s almost over, make the most of it!
